Business Analyst - Workforce Strategy

About the role 


A fantastic opportunity to join our Workforce Strategy team has arisen on a permanent basis. As the Business Analyst, you will partner and support the team to drive and deliver key objectives within division with end-to-end visibility. What you’ll be doing:  


  • Provide commercial analysis to guide future workforce decision-making
  • Partner with Operations to provide a commercial lens to workforce strategy decisions
  • Generate and review reports to measure performance of initiatives
  • Support stakeholders by simplifying complex data and providing easy to understand suggestions
  • Assess business risks, opportunities and provide commercial recommendations
  • Model business processes and identify opportunities for process improvements​
  • Track results performance against budget and forecasts and provide clear updates to stakeholders on weekly and monthly basis


Good things you’ll need 


  • Strong analytical skills and ability to identify key actions required from data
  • Proactive approach with strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong data analysis and modelling skills
  • Proven ability to simplify complex data, understand commercial impacts and make concise recommendations Strong experience using financial systems in a commercial environment e.g. SAP, TM1, Microsoft Office applications, Microstrategy
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret complex data and communicate key actions and insights
