About the role

 

Our Finance team partner with every area of our business and ensure commercial thinking feeds into everything we do. By working across every team, we look at how we’re performing and provide useable insights to support strategic business decisions. With Australian former ‘CFO of The Year’ Leah Weckert steering our team, we set up our customers and people for success through good commercial sense.

 

What you'll be doing

 

In this role you will support operations planning processes including budget and multi-year strategic planning as well as acting as a key liaison point between the Operations Finance and Group Finance teams. You provide support decision making by providing accurate insights and work as a team player, influencing and engaging across the business and within the team to drive continuous improvements across planning systems and processes. Additional responsibilities will include owning the Operations capital forecasting process, including setting budgets, ongoing monitoring of performance vs budget, and forecasting.

 

Good things you'll need

 

We’re after a highly skilled professional with considerable experience.

 

You’ll also need:

  • a CA/CPA or similar business qualification or near with commercial awareness and business focus
  • strong stakeholder management skills including influencing skills
  • strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • strong communication & presentation skills (verbal and written), ability to present simplified complex data & concepts to enable decision making
  • strong time management and planning skills, ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment
  • strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • proficiency with systems including TM1 and SAP preferable
