About the role


You are a finance person with experience in driving and delivering finance transformation. In this role you will be responsible for driving the delivery of the Supermarkets digital, technology and process transformation projects.


You will work with stakeholders across the Business Units and Digital functions to develop and implement transformational change to our commercial insights and deliver initiatives to help the Merch teams better understand business performance.



What you’ll be doing


  • Build, develop and maintain dashboards including data models and performance metrics that provide valuable insights and supports key business decisions
  • Partner with business units to understand their businesses, stakeholder expectations, priorities and challenges in relation to existing reporting/systems/processes.
  • Proactively driving efficient and accurate month-end processes within Merchandise.



Good things you’ll need


  • Ability to deliver accurate reporting to senior stakeholders across Supermarkets.
  • Exceptional analytical and insight skills (strong Excel/modelling skills)
  • Experience building and maintaining dashboards & reports to clearly communicate data insights
  • Knowledge of Power BI (Snowflake advantageous but not essential)
  • Curiosity and tenacity to drive for required outcomes
  • Good influencing, partnering skills and commercial mindset
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, comfortable with PowerPoint
  • Process management and improvement experience
