We have a great opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst in our finance Digital team. With a team of over 400 our finance team offers large scope for personal development and career opportunities. Working with key business units you will gain insight in to how our business runs and be part of key strategic initiatives. 

 

About the Role 

 

As Business Analyst you will work closely with The Digital Product Finance team focusing on accelerating digital through partnering with Business Leaders to bring financial expertise and enable strategic decision making.. This is a great opportunity to launch a finance career by actively being involved in key initiatives, You’ll be responsible for:  

 

  • Work collaboratively with the broader FP&A and finance team to achieve financial objectives and encourage adherence to the general control environment  
  • Design and enhance reporting processes of our capital allocation and investments to support decision-making
  • Continuously work to achieve forecast accuracy 
  • Drive continuous improvements of relevant processes such as financial close and re-forecast cycles across Digital Product Finance expense categories

 

About You and Your Skills 

 

You will be a technically astute finance professional who has had some exposure to commercial finance. You will be able to provide key analytical support and have the ability to grow and develop into a broader capacity. You will also have;

 

  • CA/CPA or similar business qualification or near with commercial awareness and business focus 
  • Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Demonstrated understanding of a Finance role within a large organisation 
  • Experience in stakeholder management across multiple functions 
  • Ability to influence stakeholders without direct line of authority 
  • Demonstrated ability to deal with ambiguous problems comfortably 
  • Supported commercial decision making through the delivery of accurate insights  
  • Experience in dealing with large datasets, preferably exposed to budgeting and forecasting processes 
  • SAP and TM1 knowledge desirable
