As Brand Manager, you’ll be part of our innovative and customer-led Own Brand Marketing team, driving growth across a portfolio of brands. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll shape strategies, identify customer and market opportunities, and collaborate with our agency partners to deliver game-changing results.

What You’ll Do

 

 


• Lead the development of brand plans to drive growth and innovation.
• Build compelling brand identities and guardrails that deliver impact, consistently 
• Use customer insights and market trends to shape brand strategy.
• Partner with agencies to deliver integrated marketing campaigns that cut through.
• Influence senior stakeholders in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Develop initiatives to build advocacy for Own Brand through lead programs & partnerships.

 

 

 

About you and your skills

 

 


You’re a customer-obsessed marketing pro with 2-3 years’ experience in FMCG or retail. 

 

 

 

You’ll also have: 

 

 


• Strong brand management and strategy expertise.
• Sharp analytical and financial acumen (including budget management).
• A knack for spotting trends and translating insights into action.
• Experience managing cross-channel marketing campaigns.
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders in complex organisations.
