About the role
Coles for Business is the shopping solution for Australian workplaces. Whether their buying groceries and workplaces supplies for a small family business or large organisation, we’ve got them covered.
Customer Engagement is the middleman between Product and Marketing, working closely with both teams to deliver the best customer experience for both new and existing customers. The primary focus areas of the Customer Engagement team are trade, content, sales enablement, and customer life cycle.
This role will work closely with our Customer Engagement Manager to develop and implement the Customer Engagement strategy for Coles for Business.
*This position is a 10 month contract role.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and coordinate dedicated content for the Coles for Business website, LinkedIn channel, landing pages, blog, and emails.
- Collaborate closely with the Customer Engagement Manager to manage the trade calendar including offers.
- Support weekly updates to the Coles for Business website, including briefing developers, designing banners, and conducting testing.
- Assist the Customer Engagement Manager in planning and executing marketing campaigns, such as seasonal themes and promotional updates, to drive traffic, while also providing detailed reporting.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Insights team to develop a tailored on-boarding journey.
