<h3>About the Role</h3>
- Lead change management for the rollout of a B2B omni-channel payment solution
- Develop and implement tailored change plans aligned to project goals
- Analyse organisational readiness and assess business impacts
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior leaders in Digital & Finance
- Design and deliver communication strategies that drive clarity and engagement
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to align teams and support adoption
- Integrate change activities with broader project plans and manage dependencies
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with change delivery
- Apply proven methodologies and tools to guide change execution
- Support internal teams and B2B customers through the change journey, both in-store and online
<h3>About You and Your skills</h3>
You’re a strategic and empathetic change leader who thrives in dynamic environments. You bring a strong understanding of change management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence and guide others through transformation.
- Proven experience delivering digital change projects, ideally involving customer migration
- Strong grasp of change management principles, tools, and methodologies
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Analytical thinker with sound decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working across all levels of an organisation and influencing outcomes
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to lead through collaboration and trust
