The Coles online team is looking for B2B Account Management Leads to join our team on this wonderful journey. You will be managing the key account relationships and will be managing end-to-end process for bulk order process for bulk customers with accountability in driving profitable sales and increasing customer base.

 

What you’ll be doing

 

 

You’ll have:

 

  • Work with internal team to support the growth of the B2B area
  • Educate Customer Care teams to ensure team are trained on common enquiries/issues and correct resolution
  • Co-ordination of follow up for business customers on credit accounts that have missed payments and escalations have come through from Central Finance team .
  • Support sales and marketing teams with preparation of sales presentations.

 

You’ll also need:

 

  • Good experience in a digital business in customer support
  • Strong professional experience, preferably in a retail environment
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies and tools
  • Strong understanding of sales relationships and customer service expectations
  • Proven ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Very strong work ethic and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong work ethic
