About the Role
Joining a high-performing and collaborative team where you'll be part of a culture that values teamwork, and customer success, while enjoying regular team events, development opportunities and exposure to a broad range of stakeholders and industries.

Manage and grow a portfolio of key business customers, providing exceptional account management and customer support.

Support customer acquisition, onboarding and retention activities that contribute to the growth of the Coles for Business channel

Build trusted relationships with customers, acting as a key point of contact for account enquiries, credit reviews, reporting requirements and issue resolution.

Analyse customer performance and commercial opportunities to identify ways to drive growth within your portfolio.

Represent Coles for Business at conferences, industry events and customer forums, building brand awareness and strengthening customer partnerships.

Deliver presentations to internal and external audiences and act as an ambassador for the Coles for Business proposition
About You and Your Skills

Experience in account management, business development, sales, customer success or a similar customer-facing commercial role.

Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities, solve problems and deliver mutually beneficial outcomes.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels.

Comfortable presenting to customers, industry groups and large audiences.

Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes and bring multiple stakeholders together to drive results

Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.

Experience working in fast-paced environments and managing competing priorities.

Experience in retail, B2B sales, customer management or large corporate environments will be highly regarded.
