About the role
The Associate Product Manager supports the team in delivering high-quality initiatives that meet customer needs and business objectives. This position involves contributing to product analysis, research, planning and execution while partnering with cross-functional teams such as engineering, delivery, operations and design.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in developing and maintaining product roadmaps by analysing market trends, customer feedback and user data
• Research and prioritise features based on business impact, effort and customer value.
• Lead discovery on identified problems to define success metrics, product requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to ensure timely feature delivery
• Engage regularly with key stakeholders to align priorities and progress
• Conduct post-launch reviews by tracking performance metrics and seeking customer feedback for continuous improvement.
• Prepare and present product documentation, reports, and updates for internal stakeholders and customers.

• Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Skilled at managing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
• Able to commute and work overnight hours once a month or as required
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Basic understanding of UX principles, software development processes and the fulfilment landscape
