About the role

 

Our Finance team partner with every area of our business and ensure commercial thinking feeds into everything we do. By working across every team, we look at how we’re performing and provide useable insights to support strategic business decisions. With Australian ‘CFO of The Year’ Leah Weckert steering our team, we set up our customers and people for success through good commercial sense.

 

Reporting into the Product Manager - Data, the role will support the e-Commerce business in implementing the e-Commerce data strategy and roadmap to achieve organisational objectives and strategic initiatives using data-informed decision making.

 

 

What you'll be doing

 

  • Provide support to the Product Manager in prioritising the product backlog for the team and ensuring it aligns with business and product strategies.
  • Funnel for business questions related to data and collates user feedback for future product iteration

 

 

Good things you'll need

 

  • Entry level experience in data and reporting space and in product management
  • Demonstrated knowledge in using data to build out platform products
  • Proven knowledge of delivering innovative digital experiences, products and/or services as a product manager, scrum master or agile business analyst.
  • Experience crafting products with User Stories and confidence in working collaboratively with clients in blended teams; supporting product leads, designers & developers; working with stakeholders and being the voice of the customer
  • Understanding of business analysis techniques
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in technology, business information management or other data related qualifications
  • Experience working in agile environments
  • Experience in retail or e-commerce space
  • Ability to translate business requirements to technical requirements #LI-FIN
