About the role

Join Coles Group as an Analytics Specialist and play a key role in driving data-informed business decisions across our product and marketing teams. In this permanent role, you'll be responsible for creating and executing customer acquisition and lifecycle campaigns from start to finish, including target list creation, measuring and reporting on campaign performance, and applying insights to optimise future strategies. You'll work across various data sources to support our Financial Services marketing, product, and operational activities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities. By leveraging data, you'll also support operational processes like customer offer fulfilment, investigating customer complaints, and supporting product changes, ensuring our business continually evolves based on customer insights.

 

About you and your skills:

  • Appropriate tertiary qualification
  • Hands on working experience with SQL, visualisation tools (Power BI is preferable) and various database structures.
  • Excellent communication skills; the ability to convey complex analysis results clearly and with conviction
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
