Click&Collect Manager (WA) - Coles Supermarkets - Floreat

From small everyday moments to larger-scale changes unique to a business like ours, as a Retail Leader, you’ll really see the difference your work makes every day. Whether you’re in a store, distribution centre, manufacturing site, or on the road, you’re an important part of an Aussie icon at the heart of the nation.

About the role

Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll have full accountability for the day-to-day running of the online department. You’ll take pride in contributing to a customer experience that’s welcoming and inspiring for our customers, team members and community. This is an excellent opportunity to take your retail leadership experience to the next level.

We also offer additional periods of double discount (10%) at various times throughout the year. As well as hotdeals exclusive to team members that translate into additional savings.
  • Reward through recognition: Give and receive recognition, linked to our Coles values, through our digital recognition platform ‘mythanks’. You can accumulate points to redeem in the online shop for exciting gifts and electronic gift cards from an extensive range of retailers.
