About the role 

Reporting to the Shift Manager – Supply Chain within the Retail Ready Operations Australia function, you’ll have an incredible opportunity to oversee and control all the moving parts that keep our supply chain running smoothly.  From training and safety to product efficiency and people management, you'll be making sure everything is working like a well-oiled machine.  And if you're up for the challenge, you'll have the opportunity to lead the charge in finding new and better ways to keep our operations at the top of their game. 

 

About you and your skills 

  • Experience in Despatch/Receiving goods and FMCG/Short Shelf-life production environment 
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and identify faults in a fast-paced environment 
  • Low and high reach forklift licence 
  • Able to work in chiller warehouse environment 
  • Great communication skills that foster positive collaboration and inclusiveness 
  • Knowledge and implementation of Lean Manufacturing/CI principles 
  • Tertiary qualification (or equivalent experience) in Warehousing and Logistics/Supply Chain
