About the role 

 


We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Ad Operations to play a pivotal role within Coles 360, one of the fastest-growing areas of Coles.

 

This role owns end-to-end campaign delivery across Coles’ Instore and Offsite media channels, ensuring everything we sell goes live compliantly and at scale.


Retail media is transforming the industry and Coles 360 sits right at the centre of that growth. You’ll have the opportunity to embed scalable processes, influence how a high-growth business operates, and enjoy an agency-style culture with strong collaboration and quarterly team events.

What you will do 

 


You will lead the delivery of campaigns across all Coles 360 channels, driving operational excellence, strong team engagement and consistent compliance.

 

 

You will also: 

 


• Own creative workflow from brief through to live execution 
• Lead traffic and inventory management across all channels 
• Drive compliance and quality control 
• Improve processes to support scale and efficiency 
• Coach and develop a high-performing team 
• Partner closely with sales, media and creative teams 

 

 

About you and your skills

 

 

You’re a senior ad operations or media delivery leader, ideally with experience across on-site, in-store and off-site media channels. 


You’re confident owning campaigns end to end, thrive in fast-paced environments, and bring a strong media background ideally from a media agency, creative agency, publisher, paired with solid retail understanding.

 

 

You’ll also have: 

 


• End-to-end campaign delivery experience from brief through to live execution 
• Proven ability to manage complex workflows and multiple campaigns at pace 
• Senior stakeholder presence with the confidence to influence and challenge 
• A process-driven mindset focused on continuous improvement and scale 
• Familiarity with DSPs and SSPs (highly regarded)
