Coles 360 is all about connections. It’s how we connect with customers at every turn of their lives. It’s how we use the power of Coles’ shopper data to maximise that connection. It’s how we partner at levels to drive more meaningful campaigns and measure the impact they create. About the role

Coles360 is growing, and we’re creating a new Go to Market team within Strategy & Planning to help shape how we bring retail media propositions, partnerships and commercial opportunities to life across Coles Group.

We’re looking for both a Business Analyst and Senior Business Analyst to support strategic projects and new initiatives across Coles360. These roles will help translate strategy, products and commercial priorities into coordinated plans that drive growth, partnering across our Sales, Product, Marketing, Ad Operations, and Planning teams.

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll support multiple strategic projects, helping define opportunities, shape recommendations and ensure solutions are commercially aligned, operationally viable and ready to take to market.

For the Senior Business Analyst role, you’ll take greater ownership of complex projects, senior stakeholder engagement, executive-ready recommendations and guiding the quality of analytics deliverables across the team.

  • Support go-to-market planning for retail media products, propositions, partnerships and commercial programs.
  • Translate strategic, commercial, customer and operational priorities into clear requirements, opportunity assessments, delivery plans and recommendations.
  • Partner across Sales, Product, Ad Operations, Marketing, Data, Insights, Commercial, Category and Planning teams to assess feasibility, risks, dependencies and commercial outcomes.
  • Support the development of advertiser solutions, sponsorship opportunities, product bundles, investment frameworks and sales enablement materials.
  • Facilitate or support workshops, stakeholder interviews and planning forums to define requirements, resolve ambiguity and align teams around shared outcomes.
  • Prepare clear recommendations, process documentation, decision papers, presentation materials and stakeholder updates.

About you

You’re commercially curious, analytical and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift and problems are not always clearly defined. You enjoy bringing structure to ambiguity, asking the right questions and turning complex information into clear, practical recommendations.

You’ll bring:

  • Experience in business analysis, commercial analysis, strategy, consulting, project delivery, retail, media, product or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to structure information and identify actionable insights.
  • Experience gathering requirements, documenting processes, managing actions and supporting delivery across cross-functional projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills, with confidence creating clear written and visual outputs.
  • Commercial acumen and curiosity, with an interest in revenue, investment, pricing, monetisation, supplier, customer or growth outcomes.
  • Media, retail media, digital media, eCommerce, loyalty, advertising or digital business analytics exposure would be highly regarded, but is not essential.

Please note applications for this role will close on Sunday August 9th, 2026.
