About the role

 

 

This is a great opportunity to join Coles Retail Media as a Category Media Specialist, working within a fast-growing team that is transforming how brands connect with customers through data-led, market-leading media solutions.

 

In this role, you’ll be responsible for growing revenue for a sizeable portfolio within the Coles business. You’ll partner closely with category teams, agencies and suppliers to deliver targeted campaigns across this portfolio, using consumer insights and commercial thinking to drive revenue growth and continuous improvement.

 

You’ll be part of a collaborative, supportive environment with strong on-the-job learning, exposure to a dynamic commercial landscape, and the chance to help shape the future of retail media at Coles.

 

We have 2 opportunities available, a permanent full-time role and a 12-month fixed-term full-time role, based at Cremorne two days per week and one day at Coles' Head Office in Hawthorn East.  Applications close Friday 13th February.

 

 

What you will do

 

 

You’ll own the development, delivery and optimisation of media campaigns while driving strong commercial outcomes across the Frozen portfolio.

 

 

You’ll also

 

 

  • Develop targeted media strategies using data and consumer insights
  • Partner with category teams, agencies and suppliers to deliver effective campaigns
  • Manage campaign performance, budgets and optimisation
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships to unlock growth opportunities
  • Analyse results to inform future planning and continuous improvement
  • Support revenue growth through tailored media solutions 

 

 

About you and your skills

 

 

You’ll bring 5+ years of relevant experience and a strong commercial mindset, with confidence working with data and stakeholders in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

 

 

You may bring experience from media agency, retail media or publisher environments, with a demonstrated understanding of campaign execution, performance optimisation and commercial outcomes.

 

You’re curious, commercially minded, and enjoy working across teams to deliver impactful, data-led marketing solutions.
