At Coles 360, we’re shaping the future of retail media and we’re looking for Campaign Delivery Coordinators to join our growing Operations team.
As a Campaign Delivery Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring seamless, high‑quality media campaigns for our partners and clients across the full campaign lifecycle. You’ll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, support operational excellence, and contribute to projects that help evolve our business and align us with industry best practice.
We currently have 2 vacancies within the team, one permanent full time role and one 12 month fixed term, full time position.
The fixed term position does hold strong likelihood of rolling into perm.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver end‑to‑end Supplier Media campaigns, including briefing, booking, production coordination, analysis and post‑campaign service.
- Apply operational process knowledge and platform understanding to support onboarding and adoption of campaign management tools across multiple channels.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and maintain strong communication lines with your team and stakeholders.
- Build, maintain, and grow key relationships internally and externally.
- Demonstrate outstanding attention to detail when delivering and tracking a high volume of campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with your team to maintain high standards of work quality within tight deadlines.
- Contribute to the implementation of new processes, tools, and systems.
- Lead small projects that help grow and improve our media operations.
- Gain exposure to a wide range of retail media channels and deepen your understanding of Retail Marketing.

What You’ll Bring
- A knack for identifying process improvements and streamlining workflows—ideally gained through an operational, administrative, or coordination role.
- A strong service mindset and confidence interacting with customers or stakeholders.

- A proactive, solutions‑oriented approach to your work.
- The ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities with discipline and clarity.
- Strong communication skills across internal teams, external partners, clients, and agencies.
- Willingness to ask questions, seek support, and continuously learn.
- Technical proficiency with MS Outlook and Excel, and familiarity with tools like Miro, Trello, Monday.com, Confluence, GitHub, or similar platforms.
