About the role 

The Campaign Delivery Executive is an operations role working across all components of the media campaign process.  

The role is responsible for delivering seamless campaigns across multiple channels by acting as the contact point, providing service and support pre, during and post campaigns. 

There will also be an element of project work to grow and improve our business to bring us in line with industry standards.    

 

What you will do 

  • Manage end-to-end campaign delivery from briefing to post-campaign wrap-up 
  • Apply tools and process knowledge to support campaign management across channels 
  • Identify and drive process improvements to boost efficiency and quality 
  • Build and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships 
  • Deliver high volumes of campaigns with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail 
  • Support the roll-out of new systems and contribute to business growth initiatives. 

 

About you and your skills 

You’re organised, efficient, and thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.  

Ideally you will have previous experience in a media operations role within a media supplier, agency, trade marketing or experience within the FMCG environment is desirable.   

A comprehensive training program will be provided, so whether you come with a lot, a little or absolutely no media experience, we will set you up with the tools and knowledge that you need to be successful!   

 

You’ll also have

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills 
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on outcomes 
  • Ability to manage tight deadlines and competing priorities 
  • Confidence to work both autonomously and as part of a team 
  • Technical proficiency in Outlook, Excel and familiarity with tools like Miro, Trello or Monday.
