About the role

 

We're looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Lead  to  delivery one of our most significant transformation programs the rollout of Digital Ticketing across our store network.

Reporting to the Coles Relay State Operations Manager, you'll lead a team of Operations Leads and work closely with internal and external partners to successfully plan, coordinate and deliver large-scale implementation projects. You'll play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and with minimal disruption to our stores.

About you and your skills

 

You are an experienced operational leader who enjoys solving complex challenges and bringing teams together to achieve outstanding outcomes. You build trusted relationships, communicate with confidence and remain calm under pressure while managing multiple priorities.

 

  • Experience leading large-scale operational, transformation or deployment projects across multiple sites.
  • Strong leadership experience managing both direct and indirect teams.
  • Proven ability to lead change initiatives and successfully deliver projects within scope, budget and timelines.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, including operational, merchandising, shopfitting and project resources.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the business.
  • Excellent planning, scheduling and resource management capability.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Experience working in a supermarket, retail or similarly fast-paced operational environment is highly regarded.
  • A commitment to safety, compliance and continuous improvement.
