Reporting to the Prouction Manager within Coles' Chef Fresh facility, you'll be responsible for overseeing manufacturing processes, leading, and coaching team members, and managing resources to optimise production and achieve business results.

About you and your skills
- Experience in a production supervisor or team leader role in food or fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Able to lead, develop and inspire team members, building capability, driving accountability, and creating a great place to work in a fast-moving, high-volume environment
- Knowledge of food processing industry and are well-versed in food safety practices such as HACCP and GMP principles
- Resilient with a proactive commitment to continuous improvement
- Degree qualification in Engineering/Food Technology (or equivalent)
