Paid parental leave

We’re proud to support working families to build great careers by offering up to 12 weeks of paid Parental Leave for primary care givers and one week paid Parental Leave for secondary care givers.

Paid Parental Leave is available to our permanent full-time and part-time team members with a minimum of 12 months continuous service.

Team Members are recognised monthly and could roll up to be quarterly and annual winners with amazing prizes such as pins and trophies to display with pride and thousands of dollars in gift cards.

Teams and Leaders across our front line brands could be celebrated at one of our epic "Of The Year" events for Supermarkets, DCs, Liquor and Express where we award prizes such as holidays, mementoes, international study tours and community donations.

Good things happen because of the commitment and dedication of our long serving team members. That’s why we acknowledge and celebrate team member milestones. You’ll receive a special name badge with your years of service to mark milestone anniversaries, a personalised gift and time to celebrate with your team.
