Our eCommerce function is currently going through an exciting period of transformation and growth and as part of that growth we are looking for a –eCommerce Trade & Content Manager to join our team. You will be working in the fun and fast paced Digital Product team at Coles. In this role, you will be responsible for actively trading the Coles Online website to deliver relevant and targeted customer experiences that drives key business metrics. About the role  
As an eCommerce Trade & Content Manager, you will be responsible for the active trading of the Coles Online website including prioritising content and features against key objectives and you are empowered to make priority decisions.
About you and your skills 
You will lead a content & campaigns squad focused on content production across web and app as well as home page optimisation to ensure we maximise business performance  and will have extensive experience as an eCommerce Trade or Content Manager or in a similar role. You will also have  a consistent history of delivering measurable results for both users & business.


Your skills 

  • Utilise OKRs to define objectives and key success measures for their squad, partner with the Group Product Manager to ensure the OKR’s align with the business priorities.
  • Be accountable for the results (customer/business outcome) of their squad
  • Be familiar with top level inputs & metrics in order to accurately prioritise trade activity and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Work with key stakeholders from across the business to trade and prioritise content and activities on the website and app.
  • Establish and support strong governance frameworks that provide transparency and visibility of key decisions.
  • Drive process improvements in content production in context of bigger picture and larger Coles product roadmap
  • Experience supporting digital channels in large, complex organisations; experience working in a digital-first organisation with a strong customer-centric focus
  • Experienced in communicating and rationalising decisions
  • Strong digital analytics and analysis of data for eCommerce decision making Experience working in fast paced environments and comfortable with change
  • Skilled in working collaboratively with engineering, design and marketing.
