About the role

A brilliant opportunity has arisen within our Coles Online - Network & Customer Delivery team. 

Reporting to the Product Manager, this is a dynamic area full of passionate people who love what they do and have fun along the way. 

What you’ll be doing  

•    Gathering requirements from stakeholders for projects (not for tech building)
•    Reporting on Product success KPIs
•    Deriving actionable insights from data 
•    Analysing key areas with ability to visualise data in a meaningful way
•    Supporting business case development

About you and your skills 

Degree qualified in Business/ Commerce/ Finance /Accounting you ideally have 1-2 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or Project Coordinator coming from a mid – large organisation. Commercial, analytical, and great with people, you’re collaborative and energetic. 

You’ll also have

•    The ability to interpret data into customer-friendly insight
•    Demonstrated experience gathering customer data metrics such as sales metrics
•    Experience working in fast paced environments and comfortable with change
•    Experience with MS Excel
