For Teachers
Coles can provide a number of different career paths depending on student's interests.
We have sales, store management and customer service based roles right through to
careers in marketing, research, design, HR, finance and administration, legal, IT
and more.
Our stores do not just provide Service Assistant roles, they are also a place where
students can begin their careers. There are plenty of opportunities and training
to help individual’s progress through the various levels of our store from Duty
Manger to Department Manager and even to Store Manager.
For those students that would like to obtain a trade qualification, Coles offers
Butcher, Baker and Chef apprenticeships. Apprentices will be paid while they learn,
study on-the-job and earn themself a nationally recognised trade qualification.
